Does anyone know where I can find statistics online for a mental illness?

Doing a paper and wondering if anyone knows any statistics for Nightmare Disorder and/or knows where I can find any...? Please help, thanks!

Try using the terms "Night Terrors" and "Sleep Disorders". Best Stats for Mental Health come from the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) a federal organization that has TONS of stats available on the web. Also, nightmares are often associated with Post Traumatic Stess Disorder (PTSD). You may have trouble finding stuff specifically for nightmares, and may want to consider broadening your topic if possible. If you do old fashion research (using books not the internet) get to a copy of the DSM-IV (Diagnositc and Statistical Manual 4th addition). This book is produced every 10 yrs by the American Psycholgical Society and has all the information available for every mental health disorder diagnosable. They may have put out the 5th addition by now.
